1. What This Service Is

System Continuity Monitor (“SCM”) is a passive event ingestion and analysis service. It receives events that you choose to send and stores them as immutable records.

SCM does not execute actions, control systems, block operations, or provide real-time guarantees.

2. What SCM Is Not

SCM is not:

SCM reconstructs system behavior after the fact based on the events you provide.

3. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

You agree not to use SCM for unlawful purposes or to intentionally overload the service.

4. Data Handling

Events sent to SCM are treated as:

SCM does not inspect, modify, or enrich your payloads beyond storage and analysis.

5. Retention

Event retention depends on your selected plan tier and published retention policy. Expired data may be permanently deleted without notice.

6. Availability

SCM is provided on a best-effort basis. Temporary unavailability, delays, or data loss may occur.

We do not guarantee uptime, delivery, or completeness.

7. Reports and Analysis

Reports, narratives, and analyses generated by SCM are interpretive outputs based on the events received. They are not guarantees, certifications, or authoritative truth.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SCM and its operator are not liable for:

9. Termination

You may stop using SCM at any time. We may suspend or terminate access in cases of abuse or violation of these terms.

10. Changes

These terms may change over time. Continued use of SCM constitutes acceptance of the current terms.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the service.
