SCM does not execute actions, control systems, block operations, or provide real-time guarantees.

Event retention depends on your selected plan tier and published retention policy. Expired data may be permanently deleted without notice.
SCM is provided on a best-effort basis. Temporary unavailability, delays, or data loss may occur.
We do not guarantee uptime, delivery, or completeness.
Reports, narratives, and analyses generated by SCM are interpretive outputs based on the events received. They are not guarantees, certifications, or authoritative truth.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SCM and its operator are not liable for:

These terms may change over time. Continued use of SCM constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
